This is the picture our pastor has for Bethel:
He sees a church full of worshippers. The music of the church will be so compelling that it attracts new musicians and also leads the church into Worship that everybody will encounter Jesus. He envisions a family friendly church with programs for every age group and discipleship programmes to encourage and equip the found. He also sees a church that reaches out to dysfunctional families and families in need and the lost.
Matthew 28:18-20 NIV
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’

God gave 3 aspects of what the church should should do to facilitate TRANSFORMATION . These 3 aspects are:
We need to make space in every service for:
- bring everyone in the service to ENCOUNTER Jesus!
- EQUIP and ENCOURAGE the Found!
- REACH the lost!
